"Sustainable mangrove Management & Community Development in the Indus Delta”
• The effective implementation of project activities at respective sites (Shah Bunder and Kharo Chan) mainly relating to Expected Results. Supervise Mobilization of coastal communities and other key stakeholders for conservation and management of mangroves and their associated other natural resources in Shah Bunder and Kharo Chan. Ensure the ESSF standards are applied during the project implementation.
• Work closely with the rest of the members of the Project Team and will be responsible for the project level output delivery, Share concept/PINs for proposals and resource mobilization. liaise with partners and ensure that the institutional cooperation framework is implemented and assist in timely completion of all outputs, technical and financial progress reports.
• Facilitate and supervise the formation of appropriate village level conservation forums (VOs; CBOs; ACCs) for co-implementation of the project activities. Facilitate formation of Mangroves Management Units (MMUs and plans) among the clusters within the project area.
• Supervise in conducting and compiling baseline information on social, economic, and ecological parameters of the project area. Supervise the field team in conducting field surveys, resource need assessments, and participatory resource conservation planning in the project sites. Lead the technical staff in organizing community meetings, workshops, and campaigns.
• Take the lead in resolution and management of conflicts over mangroves and other common resource utilization in the project area. Organize training and exposure to improve knowledge and skill of the project communities and partners in sustainable natural resource management.
• Document and share lessons learned, achievements, and innovations from the field and develop field-based success stories with the project manager.
• Supervise the day-to-day implementation of the project activities related to the fieldwork, share their monitoring and reporting progress to the Project Manager regularly. Lead on organizing regular DCC meetings and sharing of project progress at the district level in coordination with project manager & performing any other task assigned by the supervisor(s).
The implement, monitor the key objectives in Agriculture, food Security, livelihood, WASH and capacity building programs among communities in rural areas of Sindh to enhance livelihood options of PINS-ER-3 key responsibilities are as following:
WASH: Programme related component WASH were remain in my Coordination with lead team of WASH to make strong implementation from ground level to final levels of RSPN- PINS-ER-3 Programme I was engaged all interventions from monitoring, KPIs verification, meetings, Technical Support, documentation, Field Visits, on-site support, evolution, surveys, implementation, check working progress of schemes etc.
Agriculture and Food Security: To support the Programme to achieve the targets several assignments were assigned to monitor and provide onsite support to implementation partners (IPs) and to local communities as; Kitchen Gardening (KGs), Farmer Field Schools (FFS), moringa and fruit tree plantation, Seed distribution crop technics, follow up of each intervention. Monitoring and evolution also verify the pre and post-harvest impact of each interventions.
Aquaculture promotion: Through aquaculture Interventions to enhance fresh most nutritious food as Community Fish Ponds (models), Household Based Backyard Fish Pond Model, Paddy cum Rice Fish Farming Model and Household Based Integrated Backyard Fish Pond Models were intervened in the project areas to get complete nutrition supply (Fish + Vegetables + Eggs + meat + Milk) within home/village. Also, technical trainings were provided to communities to Input the complete food intake information within societies for the health and livelihood sustainability were given through seminars, community meetings, trainings, workshops & advocacy sessions.

To implement these all above objectives were in my supervision/Coordination from 1st step up to Successful implementation. Which includes as; Work in close collaboration with the nutrition sensitive PINS multidisciplinary teams (RSPs / RSPN / ACF) for effective day-to-day management of the interventions Lead assessment and guide the field teams in identifying, appropriate interventions in project specific locations. Keep a strong coordination and communication with PMs up to Community Persons at ground level. Conduct regular field visits to provide guidance/direction to field teams to and community activists for the implementations as; Constructions of village sewerage schemes, Lead line water pumps, Drinking water schemes, water filtration Units, pit latrine construction, community Fish Ponds, Paddy Fish Farming Backyard fish ponds construction etc.
Probiotic Technology for the
Agriculture, Aquaculture, Livestock, Poultry and West Water Treatment.
I was the Chief Technical manager to introduce technologies, Methodologies, Management, Best Management Practices, Treatment Plant designs & Feasibilities Development, Making Proposals to industries, companies, private firms, Farms, Parks, NGOs, and GOVT sectors to provide Services which are as;
1. Probiotic Technology in Agriculture
Organic Fertilizer Development, Crop Land Preparation, Seed Germination Technology, Crops Fertility Technology, dieses control of bacterial viral and form insects. Also Best Management Practices through Probiotic technology were served.
2. Probiotic Technology in Aquaculture
The major issues/Challenges in aquaculture are 3 as (Water Quality, Natural or Supplementary Feed and Sludge), which leads all the problems to disturb the production in to huge loss. The Aquamimicry Technology has combined way to defeat all the challenges in farming.
It was in my duty to promote the company products and introduce all the technologies in all kinds of aquaculture (Extensive, Semi-Intensive, Intensive, controlled and super intensive Aquaculture).
3. Probiotic Technology in Livestock
Feed Management and improve health of animal, Milk Production and dieses control technologies were performed.
4. Probiotic technology in poultry
Feed management, bird fattening, health improvement, egg production and shade carpet maintenance technologies were introduced and marketed.
5. Probiotic technology for Wastewater Treatment
a. Development of West water treatment plant in Sugar cane industries.
b. Designing and construction of WWTP in Societies.
c. Lakes Water treatment in Parks, Casals and private houses.
d. Introduced the Probiotic technology products for the Sludge management multiple Companies.
e. Offered west water treatment proposals to multiple industries, firms and housing schemes according EPA Standard.
Moreover served many of additional works in support of company i.e. as;
